What's that secret dream job you've always believed you'd be good at, but never gone for?

Pastry Chef.  I love watching the baking competitions on Food Network.  Watching how the chefs make the towers of cake and sugar and chocolate and at the same time, they have to present real desserts for tasting.  That just fascinates me.  I love to make wonderful sweets and watch my friends enjoy my efforts.  The best ever was when I made the "Triple Chocolate Peppermint Cake" on the cover of the December Bon Appetit one year.  The ingredients must have cost me nearly $40 for the quality chocolate.  I took it to work for the winter holiday lunch, set it down, turned around, and it was gone!  That was the best ever.
